STUDIO NEWBORN SESSIONS

Angela offers three different newborn packages - details of each can be found below along with some faq's on newborn sessions

Simple newborn session for baby only includes;

Session cost $650
appx 1 hour of studio time
One to three portrait settings – a mix of posed and natural/minimal posing, prop minimal, as always my sessions are baby led
a prep packet will be sent prior to your session for what to do with baby the morning of the session to get them ready to sleep for their session.
a link will be sent so you can instantly download all of all the finalized, edited, high-resolution, print ready images, both in color and black & white conversions as well as web sized images for ease of sharing through social media and email
a print release form from angela callisto photography that will allow you to have your images printed with recommendations for where and how to best print your images
a minimum of 15 color images, high resolution digital format. Duplicates of the color images in black and white as well. *please note there is no maximum number of images. The total number of final images in your gallery will be dependent on the babe as they are baby led sessions and kept to the studio time.

Simple newborn session for baby + parents only includes;

additional set up for mom + baby, mom & dad + baby and dad + baby

appx 2 hours of studio time
One to three portrait settings for baby – a mix of posed and natural/minimal posing, prop minimal, as always my sessions are baby led
additional set up for mom + baby, mom & dad + baby, dad + baby, siblings + baby and whole family.
a prep packet will be sent prior to your session for what to do with baby the morning of the session to get them ready to sleep for their session.
a link will be sent so you can instantly download all of all the finalized, edited, high-resolution, print ready images, both in color and black & white conversions as well as web sized images for ease of sharing through social media and email

When should I book my newborn session?

Best to book your due date during your second trimester. Angela only takes a limited number of due dates for each calendar month to ensure she has the space to get them all in the studio when they arrive earth side.

But what if my baby comes early or late?

Don't worry - we have that covered. Another reason she only takes a limited number of due dates. We understand babies come when they feel like it, not necessarily when they are due. Once you are "on her books" your session is guaranteed with her no matter when your baby arrives!

A note on scheduling:

All sessions are scheduled (unless specialty sessions noted in the listing) Monday through Friday during the mid morning hours. angela callisto photography will select your session date for all newborn sessions based around when your baby was born, gender and any medical concerns.

Please note: there is very little leeway in changes due to other due dates and babies born on or around the same time as yours. Please also note, Angela does not shoot on Saturdays or Sundays. Thank you.

Angela is a natural light photographer therefor, evening when light is low and after sunset sessions are not available.

RETAINER – Due to the high demand for photography sessions with angela callisto photography, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you via email at the time of booking for 50% of the session fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) to hold your spot. These invoices must be paid within 48 hours or your spot will be released. Final payment is due at the time of your booked session.

Payment plans are available for the mini newborn sessions when booked with other sessions – please inquire when you call to book!
