A gorgeous family on the most beautiful night in the most secluded and incredible spot...

I walk into every shoot ready to tell a story. From the landscape to the sunset to each giggle and snuggle and intimate moment I see. Often times, in life, I wish my eyes were a camera so I could freeze moments with my own family. Out there - I get to do just that for others.

Sure, sure, everyone WANTS the perfect photo with everyone looking at the camera.... And I DO get those. But thats not my goal when we go out there. My goal is to capture connection, love, and of course all the giggles I can get out of the kids.

Every so often one of the kids will make suggestions on photos they think I should take - who am I to deny their creative vision?

So much goodness form that night with them. Truly always so grateful when families trust me to capture their memories year after year.
